Terms & Conditions

By booking an activity with Bali Marine Watersport, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding between you (the "client") and us (the "company").

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings require a minimum deposit to be confirmed. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival before the activity begins. Bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the total price.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or "no-shows" will not be eligible for any refund.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unsafe weather conditions, in which case a full refund will be offered.

3. Client's Responsibility

Clients must follow all safety briefings and instructions provided by our guides. The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property resulting from the client's failure to adhere to safety instructions. All participants must be in good health and are required to disclose any medical conditions prior to the activity.

4. Liability

Participation in watersport activities involves inherent risks. While we adhere to the strictest safety standards, clients acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own discretion. A liability waiver must be signed by all participants before commencing any activity.
